We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic agency, specializing in events and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design compelling visuals that capture brand essence across multiple channels. You will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and event activations.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual designs for events, digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Lead the design process from brainstorming to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in every project.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, marketing strategists, and content creators, to deliver cohesive visual experiences.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and design techniques, incorporating them into projects to keep the agency's work fresh and innovative.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and ensuring that design projects meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, receiving feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all visuals are aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and the overall creative vision of the agency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or event-related setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats, with knowledge of best practices for each medium.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and strategy clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering top-notch, on-brand visuals.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
